*****Student Spaceflight Experiment Program

Opportunity for Schools to Engage Grade 5-16 Students in the Design of Microgravity Experiments for Flight to the International Space Station

Interested schools are directed to inquire about the program no later than October 31, 2013.

SSEP Mission 6 to ISS will provide each participating community a real research mini-laboratory capable of supporting a single microgravity experiment, and all launch services to fly the mini-lab to ISS in Fall 2014, and return it safely to Earth for harvesting and analysis.

Do you want to attend the Alabama Science Teachers Professional Development Conference for FREE?  Ten lucky teachers will receive complimentary registration and travel expenses to attend the ASTA Science Conference at the McWane Science Center on February 18 and 19, 2014.  All you have to do is fill out an application and write a short essay (less than 250 words) about why you would like to attend the conference
