The 2017 ASTA Conference will focus on implementing the new Alabama Course of Study: Science by featuring the following strands:

• Science and Engineering Practices
  
• Cross-Cutting Concepts
  
• Disciplinary Core Ideas
  
• Informal Science Education

Sessions need not fall into one of the strands to be considered. The deadline for program proposals is November 18, 2016.
