Dear Perspective Exhibitors!
The Alabama Science Teachers Association in partnership with the United States Space and Rocket Center, Alabama Math, Science, Technology, and Engineering Coalition (AMSTEC), the Alabama Council for Teachers of Mathematics (ACTM), the Alabama section of the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT), and the Alabama Math, Science and Technology Initiative (AMSTI) are pleased to announce our first ever STEM education conference February 14-16, 2013, in Huntsville, Alabama. We invite you to participate in this new and exciting event through one of our support or exhibit opportunities available at a variety of levels to meet your needs.
The theme for the conference, MISSION: iSTEM, refers to the integration of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics for the students of today’s society. Education in the STEM disciplines has become vitally important to connect students’ classroom education to the real world from kindergarten through colleges and universities. There is no better place than the United States Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama to disseminate the latest in research-based best practices, technology, and innovative ideas, in the Davidson Center, directly under the Saturn V rocket.
We anticipate an audience of more than 300 STEM educators, researchers, program managers and directors to attend MISSION: iSTEM. Professionals from Alabama’s STEM education community and from the surrounding states, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee, will be in attendance as well. As a supporter and sponsor of this conference, your name will be in all conference materials, either printed, online, or both, so that your company will receive maximum visibility. Representatives from your company could also engage in an opportunity to address attendees and/or introduce a speaker at one or more events. Event signs with your logo and giveaways may serve as extra incentives as part of your sponsorship agreement. The conference organizers will make every effort to work with you to be sure that you and your company receive maximum exposure for your products or services.
Select a participation level that best supports the message and image for your company by referring to the Support/Exhibitor Opportunity packet.
