The Alabama Science Teachers Association is grateful for the support it receives from Sponsors, Donors and Exhibitors. Through their generous support, ASTA reaches thousands of science teachers across the state of Alabama. The following sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are available for the 2018 ASTA conference. Please complete the Exhibitor / Sponsor Registration. 

I.                ASTA Awards Sponsor  

·     Teacher of Promise (3 years or less)                          $  500.00
·     Outstanding Elementary Science Teacher                 $1000.00
·     Outstanding Middle School Science Teacher             $1000.00
·     Outstanding High School Science Teacher                 $1000.00                              

Your company or organization can sponsor one or all of these teacher awards.  With the sponsorship of one or more awards, you will also receive:
·       Opportunity for promotional materials to be given out at the General Session venue
·       Opportunity for greetings from a company representative at the Awards ceremony
·       Logo recognition on conference website with direct link to the company website
·       Logo recognition in conference program
·       One complimentary conference registration                                                                          

Multi-year naming opportunities for ASTA teacher awards are available.

IV.            Conference Bags ….$1000 or in-kind contribution of 1000 conference bags

V.             Conference Lanyards for Badges…….$1500 or in-kind contribution of 1000 lanyards or badge holders

·       Single Booth         $420
·       Double Booth        $800
·       Triple Booth          $1200
·       Additional tables   $250 each
·       Electricity              $50 per extension

Each booth will consist of a draped table, wastebasket, program, and two chairs.
